To ensure that our transformational services best suit your needs and preferences, we offer a Free 20 Min Phone Consultation before allowing first time clients to book online.  Once determined that we are a good fit and schedule your appointment, a confidential health history/client consent form will be emailed to you through our secure scheduler site. This must be filled out honestly and completed several days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please feel free to contact us for any questions, concerns, or needed clarifications.

Since you are now listed in our secure scheduler site (Massage Book), you may book your next appointment(s) online through action button below.  Please note that as we offer online scheduling for your convenience, we may contact you if any necessary adjustments may be needed.  Otherwise, you may contact us directly and we would be happy to schedule for you.  We appreciate and thank you for your continued loyalty. 

The following policies are intended to create a mutually respectful environment between our clients and SPIRITED LLC. By scheduling an appointment with us, you imply that you agree to abide by our policies. 

 If the policies below are not honored, we will do our best to contact you to verify your reasons before emailing you an invoice.  All future services will be denied until payment is made.

PREPAYMENT REQUIRED -

Our remote energy healing and life coaching sessions require a 48 hour prepayment.  This is done through Square directly or via email by Square invoicing.  

CANCELLATIONS - 

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  This allows someone else the opportunity to schedule an appointment.  If the required notice of cancellation is not given, you will be charged the full amount of your cancelled appointment and future services will be denied until payment is made.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen events occur beyond our control within the 24 hour time frame, however, please still contact us as soon as possible.  Depending on the situation, your fee may be adjusted or waived.  

NO SHOWS -

If you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment, it will be considered a "no-show".  No shows will not be refunded and charged the full amount for your missed appointment.

BEING LATE -

Your appointment is important yet so are the appointments scheduled after yours.  If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.  Depending upon your arrival, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your scheduled appointment.  Regardless of the treatment time given, you will be charged for the "full" session
